At yarrnsbybarnali, every piece is a unique, handcrafted creation that showcases the beauty of traditional weaving techniques. Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, we have specific guidelines for cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
A. Cancellations

Prior to Shipping: You can cancel your order before it ships, as long as there are no customizations like tassels or fall pico involved.

Credit or Refund: If you cancel, we’ll issue you store credit for the order amount, which can be used for future purchases. If you prefer a refund, please note that any applicable payment gateway or bank fees will be deducted.
B. Returns

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the condition you received them—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Conditions for Returns: We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received. Minor variations in color due to lighting or fabric texture do not qualify for a return.

Non-returnable Items: Unfortunately, garments, apparel, and fabrics cannot be returned. Issues related to additional services such as fall pico or tassels are also excluded.

How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please email us at hi@yarrnsbybarnali.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’re also available via WhatsApp or phone at +91 9654350418 for any assistance. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Returning Domestic Orders:

Products should be returned in saleable condition, in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice or payment proof when requesting a return.

Send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your item with a photograph of both the product and the packaging.

Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide guidance on the best method for sending your item back.

Refunds will be processed to your original credit or debit card or bank account within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that refunds cannot be issued to PayPal accounts.

We aim to complete all return and refund processes within two weeks of the return request being raised.

For security purposes, we may ask for identification from customers if necessary.

Inspecting for Damages: Please examine your order carefully upon receipt. If you find any defects or receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours to discuss the issue so we can resolve it promptly. We reserve the right to deny returns for items that appear to have been damaged after use.

Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization within 5 business days. Make sure to only send your parcel to the return address provided with the authorization. Do not mail items to the general contact address listed on our website.

Processing Returns: After we receive your return and verify its condition, processing will be completed within 7 business days. You can choose between store credits or a refund to your original payment method, keeping in mind that shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items, including custom products (special orders or personalized items), are not eligible for returns. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
C. Refunds

After we’ve received and reviewed your return, we will inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. D. Exchanges

Conditions for Exchanges: Exchanges can only be made for items that have not been customized with fall pico or tassels.

Exclusions: Made-to-order garments and cut fabrics cannot be exchanged. Items that have been opened or tried on will not be eligible for exchange.

Policy Misuse: If we notice repeated misuse of the exchange policy, we may decline future exchange requests.
